TG Ads Manager

Getting started

Two parts: link your Telegram Ads organizations, then manage your ads from this website. Linking takes a few minutes and you only do it once.

A small Chrome extension, TG Ads Link, reads your organizations from Telegram Ads and connects them to your login. The full steps, with the download, are on the Link organizations page. In short:

  1. Install TG Ads Link

Download it from the Link organizations page, unzip it, and add it in chrome://extensions with Developer mode on and Load unpacked.

  2. Log in to Telegram Ads

Open ads.telegram.org in Chrome with the Telegram account whose ads you want to manage.

  3. Press “Link my organizations”

Click the extension's icon, sign in with the same email and password you use on this website, and press Link my organizations. Keep the tab open until it says “Linked N of N organizations”.

  4. Wait for the first data

Your ads are read once an hour. They appear on the website after the next check — usually within an hour.

Added a new organization in Telegram later?

Press Link again. New organizations are added, the existing ones are only updated.

Part 2Manage your ads

Every hour the website reads each ad's spend, views, clicks and conversions and suggests a CPM for it. You decide what is sent to Telegram — or let Auto mode handle the CPM (see below).

What the website can change

Only an ad's CPM and daily budget. It never changes the text, title or picture of a live ad — in Telegram that sends the ad back into review. Ad text can only be rewritten for ads that are already declined or in review, on the Ad text page.

How to send a change

  1. Type the new value

On the Ads, Overview or History page, type a new CPM or daily budget in the ad's box — or choose Apply on a suggestion.

  2. Press “Review & submit”

A bar at the bottom counts your changes. Press Review & submit, check the list, then press Submit. Nothing reaches Telegram before this.

  3. Check the result

Each change shows applied, skipped or failed. Applied changes are listed on the History page. Changes you typed but did not send stay on this computer until you send them or press Clear all.

The pages

Overview

Today at a glance: how many ads are spending, used up or not spending, the CPM moves suggested at the last check, wallets and warnings.

  • Alerts — organizations whose wallet may run short tomorrow, and ads that spend without converting.
  • Weekly decisions — every Monday around 12:00 (UTC+8) the website proposes budget changes from last week's results: raise Green ads, lower Red and Yellow ones, close ads that keep failing. Choose Apply or Reject on each, then Review & submit. Undecided proposals expire when the next week starts.

Ads

Every ad, grouped by organization, with its colour, CPM, budget, today's spend and 7-day results. Search by name, filter by organization, colour or suggested move, and type a new CPM or budget directly.

Auto mode

Lets the website change CPM by itself after each hourly check. Budgets are never changed automatically.

  • Off — nothing changes by itself. You send every change.
  • Cuts only — lowers CPM for ads that spend their budget too fast.
  • Cuts + raises — also raises CPM for ads that are not spending, and undoes raises that brought no extra views.

Start with Off or Cuts only, and move up once the suggestions match what you would do yourself.

History

Every change sent to Telegram — from this website, from Auto mode, or typed straight into Telegram — and how each ad has done since. You can take over any ad here.

Top-up

Adds TON from each organization's wallet to its ads, so every ad has enough for today's budget.

  • Switch each organization On to have it topped up every day at 08:08 (UTC+8).
  • Top up now runs it straight away for the organizations that are on.
  • When a wallet cannot cover every ad, the best-performing ads are funded first. Organizations marked Idle are never topped up.

Ad text

Lists your declined and in-review ads. Rewrite the ones you choose and resubmit them for review.

What the colours mean

Every Monday each ad gets a colour from its last 7 days. CPA = TON spent ÷ conversions. “Fills its budget” = spends 90% or more of its daily budget.

GreenCPA 2 or less, fills its budget. Budget goes up.
Light greenCPA 2 or less, underspends. CPM goes up so it spends.
BlueCPA 2–2.5, fills its budget. Budget stays.
Light blueCPA 2–2.5, underspends. CPM goes up.
YellowCPA 2.5–5, fills its budget. Budget −0.5.
PurpleCPA 2.5–5, underspends. CPM goes up first.
OrangeNo conversions (or CPA above 5), underspends. CPM goes up until it spends, then it is judged.
RedNo conversions (or CPA above 5), fills its budget. Budget halved, then 0.7 → 0.5 → close.
BlackRed two weeks running. A close is proposed — you decide.
LearningA new ad that has spent under 10 TON in total. No colour yet.

Questions

My ads don't show up

Ads appear after the next hourly check once your organizations are linked. If an organization is still missing after that, press Link again in the extension and read the list of organizations it could not link.

Will anything change on my ads without me?

Not while Auto mode is Off. With Auto mode on, only CPM is changed. Budgets and closing an ad always wait for you.

A change was “skipped”

The ad changed since the last check (for example it was declined, stopped, or its CPM was changed in Telegram). Look at it again after the next check.

Can I still change ads in Telegram directly?

Yes. The website notices the change at the next check, lists it in History, and judges it by the same rules as its own changes.
