Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. What we keep
- Your login: your email address and your password. The password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; nobody can read it.
- Access to your ad accounts: the Telegram Ads API access you link, so the website can read and change your ads for you.
- Your ad data: for each linked organization, its ads and their figures (status, CPM, budgets, spend, views, clicks, conversions, wallet balance), read about every hour, plus the channel and bot lists you upload.
- What you and the website do: every change sent to your ads (who or what sent it, when, before and after), your decisions on suggestions, top-ups and your settings.
- In your browser only: changes you have typed but not sent yet, and page preferences. They stay on your device.
2. Why we keep it
Only to run the website for you: show your ads' results, work out suggestions, apply the changes and top-ups you ask for, and show you a history of what was done. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who can see it
- Each login sees only its own data.
- The services that run the website process it for us: Supabase (database, logins and server functions), Cloudflare (hosts the web pages) and Google Gmail (sends the confirmation email to your address).
- Telegram receives the requests the website sends to your ad accounts, as with any use of its Ads API.
4. How long we keep it
As long as your login is in use. Detailed hourly figures are cut down after a few days; daily totals and the change history are kept so you can look back. When you remove an organization on the website, all of its data here is deleted with it (your ads in Telegram are not touched).
5. Your choices
- You can unlink an organization at any time, which deletes its data here.
- To delete your whole login and everything kept for it, or to ask what we hold about you, contact the administrator of TG Ads Manager.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. See also the Terms and Conditions.
