1. What TG Ads Manager is

TG Ads Manager is a website that helps you manage your own Telegram ad accounts: it reads your ads' figures, suggests and (if you switch it on) applies CPM and daily-budget changes, tops up ad budgets, and creates ads you set up. It works through the official Telegram Ads API with the access you link to it. TG Ads Manager is not made by, endorsed by or connected with Telegram.

2. Your account

You need a login (email and password) to use the website. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your login.
Only link ad accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
You must confirm your email address before you can sign in.

3. Your ads and your money

You stay responsible for your ad accounts, your ads, their content and your spending, and for following Telegram's ad rules.
Changes you send from the website (CPM, daily budget, top-ups, new ads, text of declined ads) are made in your Telegram ad accounts and can spend real money. Check them before you send them.
Auto mode changes CPM by itself, and the daily top-up adds budget by itself, only for the organizations you switch on. You can switch them off at any time.
Suggestions, colours and reports are estimates based on past figures. They are not a promise of results.

4. Fair use

Do not try to reach other people's data, overload the website, or use it for anything unlawful or against Telegram's rules. We may suspend a login that does.

5. No guarantee

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always work without errors or interruptions, or that Telegram's service will. To the extent the law allows, TG Ads Manager is not liable for ad spend, lost results or other losses that come from using the website.

6. Changes

We may change the website or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the website after a change means you accept it. We may also stop the service.
